It's my daughter Gemma's 25th birthday.

She attacks life with a resourcefulness unlike anyone I have ever known. She's sensitive, tough, caring, and adheres to her core values with ferocious integrity.

In every aspect of her life, she has found a way to solve whatever problem comes her way. She lifts up those around her, and always comes through for those she cares about.

I miss her dearly (can't wait for this weekend!) but I also know she's chasing her goals, and her journey will take her who knows where!

A father couldn't ask for a better daughter, nor do I suspect could Harry ask for a better sister.
